Honestly, there is not much info on this one. Just a couple of pics. The story is based around the end of the Ching dynasty and the beginning of the foundation of the Republic of China. I read some Chinese articles about this movieI but couldn't understand a word apart from this very basic info. It sounded pretty complicated. I also don't really know anything about the history and what happened around this era......Seems like it focuses around the time when Japan and England came over to China..
Seems like this period is one of the favourites for dramas and movies, just like it's so common to make movies in Hong Kong based on the ages of Wong Fei-Hung.
Intersting note: According to several Chinese papers, actress Alyssa Chia was eager to learn martial arts from Biao, for she wanted to star in Ang Lee's Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon.
